On this blog I’m going to keep record on the progress of our home-built flightsimulator project. We, this is me, an industrial-design student, and my “copilot”, an electrical engineering apprentice and glider pilot.

We met a few years ago at the local glider-club. Soon we decided to build our own flightsim. Some time has passed and a couple of weeks ago we could finally acquire the needed space in the basement. Now we’re set and ready for our built.

We decided to make it on basis of the Cessna Citation Mustang. Because it is a powerful airplane that has almost the same abilities as the “big-ones” yet its cockpit is considerably smaller and clearer. Thus easier to build.

So, let’s start building, shall we?
